Bellevue-based T-Mobile hired Drew Kelton as executive vice president of business markets. Kelton was president of Bharti Airtel Business in India.

Aegis Living promoted Marc Nowak to vice president of Washington Operations; Adam Clark promoted to general manager of the Marymoor location and hired Rob Liebreich as general manager of the Madison location. City of Kent

City of Kent chief administrative officer John Hodgson announced his retirement effective May 31. Hodgson has spent 33 years in municipal government service. He was hired as Kent's parks and recreation director in 1994 and worked as chief administrative officer for the past seven years.

Golder Associates made several new hires in the Redmond office: Hamidreza Nouri as a project geotechnical engineer, Scott Stoneman as a senior water resources engineer, Billie Jo Wuelfing as a project accounting specialist, Jeanine Kinnard as executive assistant, and Julanne (Cookie) Cardina as a project coordinator. It also hired Richard Buhler as a project geotechnical engineer in its Salt Lake City office. Nouri specializes in conducting numerical simulations and engineering calculations for foundations and earthen structures, and previously worked as a staff/project geotechnical engineer at an Iranian consulting company. Stoneman does hydraulic/hydrologic analyses and water-related civil designs. He has 20 years of consulting experience, including several with Golder in Redmond and Brisbane, Australia. Wuelfing has more than 13 years of experience, including as field office manager and lead billing specialist. Kinnard is an executive assistant to Golder's chief information officer, Emmanuel Rodriguez. She has previously worked in biotech, engineering and software. Cardina was an administrative assistant for 19 years in Ohio. Buhler is responsible for pipeline work and geotechnical investigations at mining sites. Golder is a ground engineering and environmental consulting firm with about 8,000 employees in more than 180 offices worldwide. Its Northwest offices also include Portland and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

SRG Partnership hired Olivia Croom as a marketing coordinator in the Portland office. Croom holds a master's in writing and book publishing from Portland State University and a bachelor's in English. She has skills in graphic design, writing, administration and social media. SRG provides programming, planning, architecture and interior design. It also has a Seattle office.

NAC|Architecture promoted Michael Cole and Trish Buzan to associate principal, David Shaffer to senior associate, and Marty Orchard and Jon St. Pierre to associate. Cole, an architect in the Spokane office, is project manager for the renovation of Patterson Hall at Eastern Washington University. Buzan is technology director, focusing on improvements in technologies and processes. Shaffer works in the Seattle office, and is project architect for the Evergreen Heights ES project. Orchard is a marketing manager in the Spokane office. He leads marketing and proposal efforts and manages marketing systems. St. Pierre is an electrical system designer in the Spokane office, and is system designer for Phil Snowdon Elementary School. NAC also has offices in Los Angeles and Denver.

Seattle-based PSF Mechanical hired Chris Wigley and Jennifer Twaddell as project managers, Brenden Guffin and Steve Baldridge as project design engineers, Colleen Maute as Nordstrom Team administrative assistant, Steve Simonson as assistant project manager and Keith Meyer as sheet metal detailer. Wigley comes from the Army with more than five years of project management experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science. Twaddell, LEED AP, has been in the mechanical construction industry for 10 years. She holds bachelor's degrees in architectural studies and construction management from the University of Washington. Guffin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Eastern Washington University. Baldridge, PE, has been in the construction industry for more than 32 years and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Maute holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary arts and sciences from the UW. Simonson has been in the construction industry for four years and holds a master's degree in construction management from Colorado State University and a bachelor's degree in construction management from Louisiana State University. Meyer, an SMWIA journeyman with 19 years of experience, holds an associate's degree from Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix.

Groff Murphy

Groff Murphy partners David Groff, Michael Murphy, Marisa Bavand and Michael Grace were selected as Super Lawyers for 2013 by Super Lawyers and Seattle Met Magazine. They were recognized for their practice areas of construction law, government contracts, real estate and land use. Also, Daniel Carmalt was named a 2013 Washington Rising Star.

Skanska USA

Skanska USA won a Boeing Supplier of the Year award for its performance and contributions to Boeing's overall success during 2012. The construction firm was one of 16 companies and one university to receive the award, which was presented last week in San Diego. Skanska has been performing construction work for Boeing since 1962 and recently completed the Everett Delivery Center.

Point B

Seattle-based management consulting firm Point B named Chuck Ritter president of consulting. Ritter, a 19-year consulting veteran, has been a key figure in Point B's growth over the last nine years. He launched Point B's Chicago office and most recently worked as managing director of industries with responsibility for growing industry-focused practices.

The Washington Restaurant Association awarded Monique Trudnowski, owner of Tacoma's Adriatic Grill Italian Cuisine & Wine Bar, the Faces of Diversity American Dream Award. The award recognizes diverse members in the industry who have achieved success through hard work and perseverance.

LaborWorks

Gig Harbor-based LaborWorks opened a new office in Reno, Nev., on April 1. This is LaborWorks' tenth office and first in Nevada. Founded in 1998 by CEO Scott Sabo, LaborWorks screens potenial workers for clients in a range of industries.
