Lighthouse eDiscovery, which offers eDiscovery services and consulting, said Lynn Reilly has rejoined as director of hosted solutions. Reilly was at T-Mobile as senior corporate counsel for eDiscovery, and before that was director of client services at Lighthouse and practiced at K&L Gates on the eDiscovery team.
Frazier Healthcare, a provider of growth capital to health care companies, said Richard E. Maroun has joined as an operating executive on the growth buyout team. He has been a pharmaceutical executive and helped Aptalis Pharma when it was acquired by Forest Laboratories for $2.9 billion.
Williams Kastner has added four local attorneys led by John G. Young, founding partner of Young deNormandie. Markos Scheer, Dean G. von Kallenbach and Patrick Byrnes have also joined the firm, with experience in fisheries and maritime law, commercial transactions and business litigation.

Portland-based Provenance Hotels has hired Melanie Cooke and Larry Tsoumas to lead its revenue and sales teams at Hotel 1000 in Seattle. Cooke will be director of revenue management, and she has experience in sales, e-commerce, social media and front office operations. She last worked at Carmel Valley Ranch in Carmel, California; and she has held positions at hotels in San Francisco; Houston; Dearborn, Michigan; and Auckland, New Zealand. Tsoumas last worked as director of marketing for Four Seasons Bitmore in Santa Barbara, California. He has been director of sales and marketing for hotels in Boston and Chicago.



Sperry Van Ness International Corp., a Boston-based commercial real estate franchisor, has added Raven Commercial Real Estate of Kent to its network. Raven was founded in 2013 by Dana Beckley, Chad Gleason, and Jason Wilcox. It provides traditional commercial real estate services like brokerage, investment, property and asset management and development. Raven will now have access to Sperry Van Ness' “national reach, local expertise” program and its more than 1,300 advisors and staff members. Sperry Van Ness has more than 190 locations in 500 markets.
Red Lion Hotels Corp. of Spokane said it has opened a hotel in Cincinnati. Red Lion worked with the property owner, Durga LLC, to convert a portion of the property, which is called CoCo Key Water Resort, to a 184-room Red Lion. The Red Lion has indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, business center and restaurant called the Sharon Hill Bar & Grill. There is 17,000 square feet of meeting space on the property, which is across the street from a 65,000-square-foot convention center. Red Lion was founded in 1959 and has more than 55 hotels.

Weber Thompson promoted Todd Mayne to principal, Josh McDonald to senior associate and Rachael Bauer, Chelsea Gorkiewicz, Maggie Cowgill and Carey Dagliano Holmes to associate. Mayne has run construction administration on Seattle towers, including Premier on Pine and now on 2nd & Pine. McDonald is a project manager, with projects that include Elan at Redmond Town Center and The Whittaker. Bauer is a leader in the interior design group, working with architects and landscape architects. Gorkiewicz is working on Elan Uptown Flats. Cowgill is a lead designer whose work includes Yesler Terrace's Raven Terrace. Holmes has worked on Westlake Steps, a mixed-use project with 800 housing units.



In its Seattle office, Sazan Group hired Chad Tilley as a senior project manager, Kim Alger as a contracts and finance administrator, and Nemy Antonio as a senior plumbing designer. Tilley has 25 years of electrical engineering experience, with clients that include Microsoft and Safeco. Alger has over 20 years of finance support and executive administration experience. Antonio returns to Sazan with over 25 years of plumbing and piping systems design experience in health care, education, commercial, military, educational and industrial projects. The firm provides mechanical and electrical engineering, information technology systems design, MEP commissioning and owner representation, and also has a Portland office.



In its Spokane office, ALSC Architects promoted Kris Jeske, Indy Dehal and Chad Schmidt to associate principal. Jeske is project manager on the Mullan Road Elementary School remodel and addition. Dehal has been with ALSC since 2000, with projects that include WSU Wine Science Center in Richland. Schmidt has been with the firm for eight years, with projects that include Martin Stadium expansion at Washington State University. ALSC provides planning and design services, and also has a Coeur d'Alene office.

Technology project manager Nathan Ellis of Stantec was awarded the Registered Communications Distribution Designer designation. In 2013, Ellis joined the Lynnwood office of Sparling, which is now part of Stantec. It provides planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management and project economics services.
The Blueline Group hired Lyndsey Munkel as an engineer. She has two years of engineering experience as a designer in the transportation industry and holds a civil engineering degree from Lafayette College. Blueline provides civil engineering and planning services for land use projects.

Frank Welton, general manager of Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center and DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, has been promoted to area general manager of Seattle/Northwest region. He will supervise teams at five additional hotels: Hilton Portland, Embassy Suites Portland Downtown, Hilton Vancouver, DoubleTree Spokane City Center and Embassy Suites Seattle-Tacoma Airport.
Esterline Corp. of Bellevue named Julie Albrecht senior director of investor relations and treasurer. She suceeds Brian Keogh, who is retiring as director of investor relations after 31 years, and Al Yost, who was treasurer and now will be segment president of advanced materials for the aerospace and defense maufacturer.


Daniel N. Shin and Chris M. Kang joined Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder in Bellevue. Shin works with Chinese, Korean and Canadian government entities, as well as other clients on business and real estate. Kang works on business and real estate matters for mixed-use properties, office, retail and shopping centers.
