Losh has 10 years of industry experience and started at Lewis in 2012. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Castillo holds a bachelor's degree in pre-law from the University of California Santa Barbara, and a certificate in construction management from the University of California Berkeley. Thompson, LEED AP, holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Innovative Environmental Technologies

Pennsylvania-based Innovative Environmental Technologies opened a Northwest division in Portland and hired Troy Fowler as regional vice president. Fowler has 13 years of experience in environmental remediation. IET is a direct-push injection/remediation contractor.

Alaska Supreme Court

Alaska Supreme Court Chief Justice Craig Stowers has reappointed the four presiding judges for each of the state's judicial districts. They are Superior Court judges Trevor Stephens for the First Judicial District, which includes southeast Alaska; Paul Roetman for the Second Judicial District covering parts of northern and western Alaska; William Morse for the Third Judicial District in south-central Alaska; and Michael MacDonald for the Fourth Judicial District, which includes the Interior and parts of southwest Alaska.
