Microsoft Dynamics provider Fine Solutions is acquiring Issaquah-based BestTechsNW to enhance its services in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California. Dan Fine will remain managing partner of Fine Solutions and Mike LaBrie former partner of BestTechsNW, will now join Fine Solutions’ project delivery team. Fine Solutions employs about 35 people and is projected to grow to 50 in the next two years. Headquarters are in Lynnwood.

Frazier Healthcare Partners

Frazier Healthcare Partners, a health care-focused investment firm founded in 1991 with offices in Menlo Park and Seattle, said Bob Baltera, Howard Dittrich, M.D., and Brian Farmer have joined the life sciences team as entrepreneurs-in-residence. The group formed Hawkeye Therapeutics, a search company focused on developing assets from pharmaceutical companies.

Pierce County Executive Pat McCarthy named Ron Klein, acting director of communications, to replace Kevin Phelps as deputy executive. Phelps left to become city manager of Glendale, Ariz.

Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt said Connie Sue Martin is the new partner-in-charge of the Seattle office, succeeding Troy Greenfield, who led the office for a number of years. Martin has practiced law since 1996, and focuses on environmental and natural resource litigation.

Stoel Rives LLP named James E. Torgerson, a partner in the Anchorage office, firm-wide managing partner. He succeeds Bob Van Brocklin. Stoel Rives has nearly 400 lawyers in seven states and the District of Columbia. Torgerson joined the firm as a founder and managing partner of the Anchorage office in 2008.

$65M refi for Hyatt House hotels

Sonnenblick-Eichner Co. said it has arranged $65.2 million in first mortgage financing for Hyatt House hotels in Bellevue and Redmond. Many firms were interested, and the borrower eventually chose a life insurance company for the loan, according to a press release. Sonnenblick-Eichner is a real estate investment banking firm based in Beverly Hills focused on acquisitions and construction and permanent loans.

$6.7M refi for Tukwila apartments

Greg Benjamin and Jeff DeHarty of NorthMarq Capital's Denver office provided $6.7 million in refinancing for Foster Greens Apartments at 13865 Interurban Ave. S. in Tukwila. The 104-unit complex was built 1988. It has a heated pool, spa and sauna, gym and sports court. An entity related to Weidner Apartment Homes of Kirkland owns the property.
