Northwest Kidney Centers, a nonprofit that provides dialysis care in King and Clallam counties, named two new medical directors. Dr. Lin “Alex” Li is at the Snoqualmie Ridge clinic, 35131 S.E. Douglas St. Dr. Kathryn Treit will supervise the peritoneal dialysis program. She practices at The Polyclinic in Seattle.

Corr Cronin Michelson Baumgardner Fogg & Moore said Camden Hall has joined the firm as of counsel. Hall's practice focuses on complex, high-net-worth family law matters including dissolutions, prenuptial and marriage agreements, and property and parenting disputes. The firm offers litigation strategies in complex commercial disputes, class action defense, product liability cases and employment matters and other litigation needs.

Berkadia arranges $107M in sales

The Pacifica

The Seattle office of Berkadia said it recently facilitated three big apartment sales in the region over. In December, Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis arranged the sale of 19th & Mercer, a 50-unit apartment building on Capitol Hill, for $25.1 million. Washington Trust Bank purchased the project from Meriwether Partners, according to a press release from Berkadia. Dudunakis and Berkadia associates Ben Johnson and David Sorensen completed the $46 million sale of the Landing at Dash Point in Federal Way in January. FPA Multifamily of San Francisco bought the 388-unit complex from Bridge Investment Group of Salt Lake City. Dudunakis and senior director James Jenson of Berkadia's Tacoma office facilitated the sale of The Pacifica, a 177-unit complex in Tacoma. Rush Cos. of Gig Harbor sold the complex to Green Leaf Partners of Danville, California, for $36.25 million.

HFF arranges equity for 2nd & Pike

Gerry Rohm, Bruce Ganong, Nick Kucha and Mark Erland of HFF arranged joint venture equity for Urban Visions' 2nd & Pike apartment project. The 39-story, 340-unit project is under construction now and set to open in December 2017. The equity partner is Mitsui Fudosan America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan's largest public real estate company, according to an HFF press release. Tom Kundig of Olson Kundig is the design architect for the apartments, and Ankrom Moisan Architects is the architect of record. Sellen Construction Co. is the general contractor.

In Seattle, OAC Services hired Matt Moews as a senior project manager and Nancy Lopez as a marketing assistant. In Spokane, it hired Katharyn Getchell as a project controls manager. Moews has over 19 years of experience managing data centers, semiconductor and other mission critical construction projects. He will lead the expansion of Facebook's data center facilities in Prineville, Ore. Lopez will provide marketing support for OAC's offices. She has done marketing for design/consulting firms and holds a bachelor's in business management from San Francisco State University. Getchell has over 30 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, budget and cost controls. She will assist with Central Valley School District projects.

In its Seattle office, PAE hired Michael Kim as a senior associate and electrical project manager, Tom O'Donnell as a senior associate, David Mead as a building performance specialist and Adam Wrzeski as an IT/AV/security designer, and promoted Justin Stenkamp to associate and Daniella Wahler to project manager. Kim has experience in management and in designing systems for LEED projects. He will lead the Seattle office's electrical team. O'Donnell is a mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience designing HVAC systems. He has worked on designs for Amazon and Kaiser Permanente. Wrzeski was hired in June 2015. Mead has experience with building modeling, including energy, bulk airflow, CFD, lighting and envelope. Stenkamp has over 17 years of operation, maintenance, and mechanical design experience and has contributed to LEED projects and two Living Buildings. Wahler has eight years of experience in mechanical systems design and a background in business.

In Redmond, Otak hired Kevin Evans as an engineering designer and water resource analyst, and Adam Isaacson and Matt Cupp as a civil engineering designers. Evans was with the City of Tacoma and is an engineer-in-training. He is working on stormwater analysis and design for Kitsap County. Isaacson has experience in waterfront civil site layout, grading design and marina layout and is an engineer-in-training. He is working on projects for Carnation. Cupp has experience with roadway and pavement design; stormwater and water resource management; and surveying. He is working on Yellowstone Canyon Rim Overlooks and Trails for the National Park Service. Otak is an urban design, architecture, planning and engineering firm, with offices in Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon and Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

In Kirkland, The Watershed Co. hired Malia Basset as an environmental planner and Andy Noone as an assistant planner. Basset has over three years of experience, with a background in land use policy, historic preservation and environmental regulatory planning. Noone has four years of experience with restoration plans, fish habitat construction projects, and environmental planning. Watershed provides natural resources assessment, mitigation and restoration design, environmental planning and permitting, arborist and landscape architecture services.

Wituchowski has experience on high-rise office, educational, medical, urban mixed-use, hospitality and commercial projects. He has worked for firms in the U.S. and Europe. Salus plans and designs health care facilities.

Lighthouse eDiscovery

Seattle-based Lighthouse eDiscovery, which provides ediscovery and consulting services, said Michael Miller is the new senior vice president of sales. Miller brings over two decades of experience in technology-based services. He worked as senior vice president of global sales and marketing for Globys and was president and CEO of Calico Energy.

Seattle-based Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson has hired creditor/bankruptcy and litigation attorney Jason E. Wax. His practice concentrates on creditor's rights, bankruptcy and receiverships, and commercial litigation. He is current chair of the King County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section.
