Banner Bank

Banner Bank in Walla Walla hired Kayleen Kohler as executive vice president of human resources, and a member the executive management committee. Kohler served in human resource for Plum Creek Timber Co., now Weyerhaeuser, and has more than 20 years of leadership experience.

U-Haul Trucks

U-Haul Company of Washington said Sunset Mobil is now a U-Haul dealer in Renton. Sunset Mobil at 4715 N.E. Sunset Blvd. will offer trucks, towing equipment, support rental items and in-store pickup for boxes. Sunset Mobil is owned by Tony Dahabreh.

Northwest Folklife

Northwest Folklife announced that Robert Townsend will retire after nearly a decade as executive director. The arts and cultural organization will recruit a new director as it prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2021. Its main activities include the annual Northwest Folklife Festival, which it says is the country's largest community-powered arts and culture festival, and Seattle Children's Festival.

Jessica Hagan is the new director of sales for KING 5, and all broadcast, cable and digital platforms. She spent three years as director of market development.

Riddell Williams

Riddell Williams said Joe Shickich has been elected president and CEO. Pat McVey and Bob Howie were elected to the three-member executive committee. Shickich has practiced law for over 35 years at Riddell Williams in business bankruptcy, foreclosures and receiverships. He has been chair of the Financial Services and Creditor's Rights Practice Group and the Compensation Committee. McVey has been at the firm for over 20 years and focuses on employment matters. Howie has been with the firm for over 35 years, and served as president and managing principal.

2 leases in The Park at Woodinville

The Park at Woodinville

KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California said it signed two leases for 21,702 square feet in The Park at Woodinville. Advanced Protective Coating is taking 8,965 square feet and Dan Terry & Associates renewed a lease for 12,737 square feet. The five-building warehouse complex is north of downtown Woodinville. Dan Terry & Associates provides custom thermal systems. Advanced Protective Coating works on automotive and marine vehicles. Matt Little from Westlake Associates represented Advanced Protective Coating, and Dan Terry & Associates represented themselves. Derek Heed with Colliers represented KBS Realty Advisors in both deals.

NAI Puget Sound Properties

NAI Puget Sound Properties hired Ryan Olson as a broker. Olson was with Wallace Properties, and joins NAI as a vice president. He has been a top performing broker for 14 years. NAI specializes in leasing and sales of office, industrial and retail properties as well as investment sales. It operates as the Western Washington affiliate of NAI Global, and has offices in Bellevue, Seattle and Tacoma.
