Boys & Girls Clubs of King County

Chin

The Boys & Girls Clubs of King County named Lisa H. Chin, Ph.D. president/CEO. Chin was founder and executive director of Year Up Puget Sound, a job training and internship program for low-income young adults, and was executive director of Jubilee Women's Center in Seattle. With 12 clubs, two teen centers and 25 child care and early learning sites, the organization serves more than 17,000 people annually.

Cairncross & Hempelmann

Stock

Cairncross & Hempelmann said Anna Revelle Stock has returned to the real estate team and will focus on transactions and development. She worked at the University of Washington Real Estate Office as property rights manager.

Nossaman

Larson

Nossaman has expanded in the Pacific Northwest and hired environmental attorney Linda Larson as a partner in Seattle. She was with Marten Law PLLC. Larson has more than 30 years of experience, and has chaired nonprofit boards including the Seattle Public Library's. Nossaman has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, Sacramento, Seattle, Austin and Washington, D.C.

Olsen

Tsai

The Walsh Group hired Kim Tsai as project engineer and Crosby Olsen as project engineer/environmental. Tsai, a former Walsh intern, recently earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington. She is working in the company's Civil Estimating Department. Olsen spent nearly a decade in the U.S. Army, and is working on seismic upgrades for a fire station at Naval Base Kitsap.

Synergy Construction

Woodinville-based Synergy Construction hired Greg Tozer as operations manager, Tracey Mershon as office manager and Tom Lincoln as assistant project manager. Tozer was an Army Ranger for 14 years and has 28 years of industry experience on projects ranging from large commercial buildings to government facilities. Mershon has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, concentrating on workers' compensation claims and safety. Lincoln recently earned a bachelor's degree in urban and regional development from the University of Arizona. He is working on the Woodin Creek Village project.

Ritchie Bros.

Ritchie Bros. is forming an alliance with Caterpillar to be its preferred global partner for on-site and online auctions of used Caterpillar equipment. Under the alliance, Ritchie will provide Caterpillar and its dealers with access to proprietary auction platforms, software and other services. The alliance will become effective when Ritchie closes a deal next year to acquire IronPlanet, an online marketplace for used heavy equipment and other durable assets.

Alaska Power & Telephone Co.

Garrett

Alaska Power & Telephone Co. said Michael Garrett will replace the company's long-time president and CEO, Robert Grimm, when Grimm retires at the end of the year. Garrett is AP&T's COO and executive vice president, and is president of Alaska Exchange Carriers Association. The company provides energy and communication services to 40 communities, from the Arctic Circle to the southernmost tip of Southeast Alaska.

Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle

Nancy B. Greer is the new president and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. She has been with the federation for nearly seven years, most recently as executive vice president and chief operating officer.
