Seattle-based architecture firm Patano Studio Architecture hired Marc Crichton as a senior project manager, and Max Irish and Li Yang as designers. Crichton has experience managing design/build projects, urban restoration, historic preservation and architectural woodwork. Irish holds a master's in architecture from UCLA and has worked on commercial, institutional, multi-unit housing and mixed-use projects. Yang has a masters in architecture and urban design from Columbia University and worked on projects in New York City. Crichton, Irish and Yang are working on the International Arrivals Facility at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.


In Seattle, Sazan Group hired Julie Allen as a senior lighting designer and Ramsey Haefner as a lighting designer. Allen has over 10 years of experience, including on schools, hospitals, commercial projects, retail and multifamily. Haefner has five years of experience in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Sazan provides mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering, information technology systems consulting, MEP commissioning, and owner representation services, with an office also in Portland.

Issaquah-based Farallon Consulting promoted Lori Pettegrew to principal environmental scientist in the Oakland, California, office. Pettegrew has 25 years of experience that includes regulatory compliance, stormwater management, and waste discharge permitting. She has been with Farallon for two years and works on stormwater projects in California.

In Everett, Perteet hired Jeff Dye as a senior associate for the stormwater and utilities design group. Dye has led projects in the Puget Sound region for over 22 years for WSDOT, SDOT, Seattle Public Utilities, Seattle City Light, private utilities, agencies and developers. His experience includes Seattle's City Center Streetcar Connector. Perteet is an engineering consulting firm.

In Spokane, GeoEngineers hired Justin Schmidt as a field technician to support special inspection and testing, environmental and geotechnical engineering projects. He worked for Central Pre-Mix. Seattle-based GeoEngineers is an earth science, engineering and technology firm, with offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Louisiana and Missouri.







In Seattle, Integrus Architecture hired Stacey Bender as a senior interior designer|associate, Luke Golesh as an architect, Brandy Horne as an executive assistant, Joseph Knight as a project architect, Benjamin McElroy as a structural engineer in training, and Niels Hoyle-Dodson and Lisa Lazar as intern architects. Bender has led interior design projects for over 20 years, including health care, senior living and higher education. She works on PK-12 and senior housing. Golesh has designed mixed-use towns and villages. He is working on PK-12 projects. Horne worked in business administration and marketing while earning a bachelor's in international business from North Seattle College. Knight has specialized in K-12 for nine years and has a background in parametric design and digital fabrication. He is working on PK-12 projects. McElroy has done residential, commercial and wind turbine projects. He holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from University of Washington and a master of structural engineering from University of Southern California. Hoyle-Dodson has graphic skills in layout and digital illustration, and is working on PK-12 projects. He holds a bachelors in architectural design from the UW. Lazar has done public, residential and remodeling projects, and is working on PK-12 projects. Integrus provides architectural, structural engineering, interior design and security design services.
Cairncross & Hempelmann has added attorney Lindsey Pflugrath to the firm. Her practice focuses on design and construction professionals, with services such as risk management, contract negotiation, conflict resolution and defending against claims.
F5 Networks has named Francois Locoh-Donou president and CEO, succeeding John McAdam, who will remain a director on F5's board after he retires in April. Locoh-Donou is senior vice president and COO of Ciena, a network strategy and technology company. F5 said it makes apps go faster, smarter and safer for businesses, governments and consumer brands.
