Cannon Fish Co.

Mason

Maurice Mason joined Cannon Fish Co. in Kent as national sales representative. Mason was business development manager at Ocean Beauty Seafoods, marketing manager for Trident Seafoods' Costco account, and a broker with Anderson Daymon Worldwide and NAI'A Natural Products in Seattle. Cannon, a seafood processor and marketer, is a subsidiary of Aleutian Pribilof Island Community Development Association.

College Success Foundation

Dorsey

College Success Foundation named James Dorsey as president and CEO. Dorsey has 35 years of leadership experience, and was executive director of Washington MESA and president of MESA USA. He takes over Aug. 1 from interim president and chief advancement officer Michael Cheever. The Bellevue-based foundation helps low-income students finish high school and graduate from college.

First Sound Bank

Patrick M. Fahey retired as board chair of Seattle-based First Sound Bank. Fahey was president and CEO of the bank from 2012 to 2016, and spent 50 years in banking. Steven J. Schwartz, a board member since 2006, is the new chair. Schwartz is a senior vice president with CBRE Group in Seattle, where he advises tenants on occupancy and leasing.

In Seattle, Walsh Construction Co. promoted Greg Linnell to senior project manager; Fik Mulugeta to assistant project manager; Sean Hamelin to superintendent; Alex Kilcup to concrete trade assistant superintendent; and Nick Silbaugh, Eric Storhaug, Eric Brandon, Jeremiah Phillips and Jonathan Chow to assistant superintendents. Linnell joined Walsh in 2003 as a project engineer and was promoted in 2007 to project manager. He is working on the Lake City Family Housing and LIHI Little Saigon projects. Mulugeta joined the company in 2013 as a project engineer and was promoted in 2017 to project engineer II. He is working at the Bellevue College Student Housing project. Hamelin joined in 2016 as a journeyman carpenter, and is working on a project in Grays Harbor. Kilcup started at the company in 2013 as a laborer and was promoted in 2015 to foreman. He is on the Spring District II project. Silbaugh joined in 2015 as a project engineer, and is working on the Ainsworth & Dunn project. Storhaug, Brandon, Phillips and Chow all joined in 2014 as project engineers. Storhaug and Brandon are working on the Spring District II project; Phillips is on the Wesley Homes Des Moines project; and Chow is on the DESC North 96th Supportive Housing project.

Stewart

Tony Stewart returned to Skanska, as vice president of design construction integration in Seattle. Stewart comes from executive roles at McKinstry and the Northwest division of Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Skanska overseeing business development for the Northwest, and 10 years as an architect with NBBJ.

Northwest Kidney Centers

In Seattle, Northwest Kidney Centers named Sarah Cave and Chris Seel as board trustees, and Daintry Price as a foundation board member. Cave is associate director and senior lecturer with the master of health administration program at the University of Washington. Seel is a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' audit practice. Price is a certified financial planner with Conover Capital Management.

American Lung Association

American Lung Association promoted Allison Hickey to executive vice president for the Pacific Northwest, California, Alaska and Hawaii. Hickey joined ALA in 2015 as president and CEO of the Mountain Pacific operations. She has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and business sectors, including nine years with the American Diabetes Association. She is based in Seattle.

Remote Medical International

Seattle's Remote Medical International is buying HSE Offshore, an occupational health care company based in Newcastle, England. Remote Medical provides medical services to work sites around the world. Adding HSE will allow it to expand in Europe and Africa. Remote Medical is part of Seattle's Columbia Pacific Management, which oversees development of hospitals, clinics and senior housing in Asia and Africa.

National Alliance of Preservation

Tacoma was selected to host the National Alliance of Preservation Commission's Forum 2020 conference, a biennial event with educational sessions, workshops, tours and networking. Over the next year, the city's Historic Preservation Office will help NAPC plan the event.
