Cairns

Thayer Manca Residential announced the addition of investment analyst Lucas Cairns. Cairns will support the acquisitions team in the pursuit of investment properties, as well as the asset management team. Based in Seattle, Thayer Manca is a sponsor of partnership, multifamily investments specializing in value-add opportunities.

ISOutsource

ISOutsource, a provider of technology consulting and services, announced that Rob Lilleness has joined its board of directors. Most recently, Lilleness formed Richmond Capital Partners; prior to that, he was the CEO of Medio Systems and president and COO of Universal Electronics. ISOutsource is headquartered in Bothell, with additional offices in Seattle, Phoenix, Portland, and Spokane.

Wayne's Roofing

The Engineering News Records (ENR) named Sumner-based Wayne's Roofing No. 454 for specialty contractors in the ENR 600, that is up eight spots over last year. Wayne's Roofing was named No. 15 among roofing contractors in the country and No. 1 in the Pacific Northwest.

UMC

Hemphill

Bonnie Frye Hemphill joined UMC as director of policy and partnerships. At UMC, Hemphill is providing strategic policy leadership on the next generation of the built environment, with a focus on the clean economy. She also is using her expertise in partnership development and external communications. Prior to joining UMC, Hemphill opened new markets for solar in the Northwest at A&R Solar and Solar Installers of Washington. UMC is a mechanical engineering and construction company based in Mukilteo.

ABC of Western Washington

Firepower of Spokane joined the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington. Firepower is a contractor focusing on fire safety, CCTV, access control and security.

Wayne's Roofing

Sumner-based Wayne's Roofing placed 454th in Engineering News-Record's Top 600 Specialty Contractors list. That's up eight places from last year and 15th among roofing contractors nationally and first in the Pacific Northwest.

The Rush Companies

Puget Sound Business Journal ranked Gig Harbor-based The Rush Companies as the No. 4 large company in Washington's Best Workplaces. The list was created by Quantum Workplace, which scored candidates in 30 items across six categories, including trust in leadership and team dynamics. The Rush Companies is comprised of five real estate focused businesses, including Rush Commercial Construction and Rush Residential.

Smartsheet

Bellevue-based Smartsheet was recognized by Comparably for its company culture and workplace benefits. Smartsheet was awarded in categories for happiest employees, best companies for compensation, best companies for perks and benefits, and best companies for work-life balance. Comparably awards are derived from ratings anonymously provided by employees about their workplaces during a 12-month period. Winners are determined on employee feedback in nearly 20 culture metrics, from leadership and work environment to compensation and outlook.

Tyler Technologies

Tyler Technologies signed an agreement valued at $16 million with the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts for Tyler's Odyssey suite of technology products, including Odyssey Case Manager, Odyssey Clerk Edition, Odyssey Judge Edition, Tyler Supervision, and Odyssey File & Serve solutions. This agreement expands the use of Odyssey, already used for most of the state's superior courts, to include the courts of limited jurisdiction. Washington's limited jurisdiction courts process 2 million cases every year, approximately 87% of the state's judicial caseload. Tyler Technologies is headquartered in Plano, Texas.

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo acquired Clickagy, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered buyer intent data. Along with this acquisition, ZoomInfo is launching Streaming Intent, a solution that identifies companies with above-average search volume on business-to-business topics within minutes of their web activity. Clickagy was founded in 2013 and is based in Atlanta. The entire Clickagy firm is joining ZoomInfo, including founder and CEO Harry Maugans, who will serve as vice president of product management. ZoomInfo provides go-to-market intelligence solutions for more than 15,000 companies worldwide, and has an offices throughout the U.S., including Vancouver.

Lattice Semiconductor

Lattice Semiconductor announced that both its Lattice Propel design environment and Lattice CrossLink-NX won medals at the 2020 Leadership in Engineering Achievement Program Awards. Propel received a gold medal in the software category and CrossLink-NX won a bronze medal in the embedded computing category. Presented by WTWH Media, the LEAP Awards honor outstanding products for use in industrial application design. This year's winners were chosen by an independent panel of 14 industrial engineering and academic professionals. Lattice Semiconductor is headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon.
