The Rush Companies announced that Aaron Gallington, chief estimator at Rush Commercial Construction, has achieved the Associate Design-Build Professional certification from the Design-Build Institute of America. The certification reflects Gallington's completion of training and testing to demonstrate his proficiency in the Design-Build Done Right principles essential for successful design-build project delivery. He is among a select group of design-build professionals nationwide to achieve this designation. Founded by Gordon Rush in 1987, The Rush Companies is made up of five integrated real estate focused businesses — Capital, Commercial, Development, Residential and Property Management. Rush is headquartered in Gig Harbor.

Liberty Bank promoted Matt Hadlock to the position of VP & information security officer. Since joining the Liberty Bank in 2021, Hadlock has demonstrated a commitment to the company's information security protocols, working to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards, and has been instrumental in strengthening the company's cybersecurity measures. He recently became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Liberty Bank is headquartered in Poulsbo, and has an office in Bellevue.
David Delafield will be joining Perkins Coie on Sept. 16 as its new chief financial officer. Delafield will lead the strategic financial planning for Perkins Coie's international operations. Delafield will join Perkins Coie from Davis Wright Tremaine, where he has served as CFO since 2018. He previously served as CFO at Providence Health & Services, where he led financial oversight for a medical group with over 2,500 providers. He also worked at Deloitte and Microsoft earlier in his career in consulting and corporate accounting roles. Delafield will work closely with Perkins Coie's leadership team on driving the firm's financial vision and objectives. As CFO, he will manage and optimize the firm's financial planning with respect to investments in its lawyers and business professionals, pricing and rates, cutting-edge technologies, and client-centric real estate. Delafield holds both an MBA and BA in business administration from Washington State University. Perkins Coie recently opened a London office with a technology-focused corporate practice.

DeLille Cellars promoted Jason Gorski to vice president of winemaking. Gorski joined DeLille Cellars in 2011 as an assistant winemaker and most recently served as the director of winemaking and viticulture. During his 13 years at DeLille, Gorski's efforts have led to more than 700 wines receiving scores of 90 points or higher from major critics, and several placements on Top 100 lists. Since joining DeLille, Gorski has led several winery expansions, the creation of many new wines, and the development of the winery's Métier label. As vice president of winemaking, Gorski will continue to lead the winemaking efforts at DeLille, ensuring that the winery remains committed to producing the highest quality wine. Founded in 1992, DeLille Cellars is the oldest operating winery in Woodinville, known for pioneering Bordeaux-style blends from Washington State.
Responsive appointed Shankha Sen as its first chief financial officer. Sen brings more than 25 years of experience scaling global finance operations at high-growth, enterprise technology organizations. Prior to Responsive, Sen served as group vice president, finance, for PowerSchool, a provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education that was recently acquired by Bain Capital in a $5.6 billion transaction. He also held numerous positions at Red Hat including vice president, global finance, where he led global finance teams during its acquisition by IBM for $34 billion. Earlier in his career, Sen served in a variety of finance positions at EMC/Dell Technologies and Sequent/IBM. Sen will report to Responsive CEO Ganesh Shankar, and will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies. Responsive also recently hired Meera Raman as vice president of operations and Ben Stokes as regional vice president of sales. Raman has experience in driving operational excellence and change management at companies such as Meta, Amazon, and IBM. Stokes is a sales leader with experience in scaling revenue at high-growth companies, such as Proofpoint, Whistic, and ListReports.

Alston Construction promoted Grady Love to assistant superintendent for the Tacoma office. Love brings several years of construction experience to the role, with his most notable project being the Ashley Furniture Distribution Center in Spanaway. In his new role, Love will assist the site superintendent to ensure the successful completion of projects through overall management of field forces, jobsite coordination, and communication. He will provide guidance on the constructibility of systems and input on scheduling and improving efficiencies during the preconstruction phase.

Seattle-based Amperity, an AI-powered Lakehouse customer data platform, appointed Chris Polishuk as its chief revenue officer to lead its global go-to-market teams, enhance sales strategies and expand market reach. Polishuk has over two decades of experience developing enterprise sales strategies, assembling high-performing teams, and managing global customer relationships across technology and data companies including Datorama (acquired by Salesforce), Acxiom and Birst.

To help support this growth, OpenEye named Neil Killick as the company's VP for international sales and Matt Sutcliffe as its channel business manager. With over 25 years in international sales and operations, Killick brings experience working extensively with market-leading brands including ADI Distribution, Honeywell, and most recently, Milestone Systems, where he collaborated with their team to drive high revenue growth and company expansion. Sutcliffe's addition to OpenEye strengthens the UK and EMEA teams with Sutcliffe bringing 24 years of experience within the UK security industry. He has worked with Honeywell, ADI Global Distribution, and most recently, Oprema/EET. OpenEye is based in Liberty Lake.
