Architects West

Olberding

Bryce Olberding, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Architects West. With 13 years at the firm, he looks forward to contributing to the growth of the employee-owned company while continuing to support its tradition of delivering exceptional design.

Appointed to the Idaho State Board of Architects and Landscape Architects in 2019, Olberding has served as chair since Dec. 2023. He is a licensed professional landscape architect in Idaho, Washington, and Montana and earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho.

He brings a blend of technical expertise, creative design, and practical construction knowledge to Architects West's landscape architecture team. His experience includes educational, civic, tribal, and commercial projects.

Salas O'Brien

Addison

Morrison

Salas O'Brien announced that Arnold Morrison has been spotlighted as part of the firm's 2025 leadership recognitions and is stepping into a new role as principal architect. Morrison has experience in business management (17+ years), project management (8+ years), and architecture (18+ years). He consistently provides value, resulting in tremendous success and growth in the projects he leads, the programs he develops, and the teams he cultivates.

Sabrina Addison has also been highlighted as part of the 2025 leadership recognitions and is taking on the role of assistant vice president. Addison joins a host of leaders who guide strategic and tactical initiatives for Salas O'Brien, as well as carrying significant responsibility for project management, subject matter expertise, and client relations. She has over 10 years of experience in commercial, federal, and hospitality design as an interior designer.

Mahlum

Draskovic

Igor Draskovic has been elevated to associate at Mahlum. With 11 years of experience, he has worked on a broad range of projects, including healthcare and education facilities.

As project architect for the Benton County Crisis Center — the first voluntary walk-in treatment facility in Oregon — Draskovic made significant contributions to the conceptual design, coordination, behavioral health research, and technical development, following the project through construction.

He builds strong relationships with clients and contractors, always prioritizing the well-being of building occupants.

Building on lessons learned from Camas School District's Joyce Garver Theater Renovation, he collaborated on a new graphic format for building reuse demolition drawings, which has been implemented firmwide on renovation projects.

Draskovic received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a registered architect in the state of Washington.

PLS Engineering

Hillman-Johnson

PLS Engineering has welcomed Calvin Hillman-Johnson as the newest civil engineer on the team. Hillman-Johnson graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and was a member of the concrete canoe team during college.

He is skilled in using AutoCAD and has valuable experience from his internship with a local concrete contractor, where he was involved in both estimating and project management. This included creating job bids and uploading files for field use. Additionally, Calvin was an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies from 2018 to 2020 and has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since 2022.

Walker Consultants

Crase

Walker Consultants welcomed John Crase as the new managing principal in the Seattle office.

Crase brings over 35 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, including a strong focus on forensic engineering and architecture. Prior to joining Walker Consultants, he served as an operations manager and associate principal at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in driving operational success and client satisfaction.

His expertise encompasses project management, leadership, repair and rehabilitation, and litigation consulting. Career highlights include significant contributions to projects such as the repair and rehabilitation of historical and structural damage, assessments for fire-damaged properties, and investigations into construction failures.

Crase earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's College and is a registered professional engineer in multiple states.

National League of Cities

Vinson

City of SeaTac Councilmember Joe Vinson has been appointed to the National League of Cities 2025 Small Cities Council. Councilmember Vinson was elected to a one-year term to develop and guide programs among local elected officials from similar communities.

“This role provides a valuable opportunity to collaborate on innovative solutions that directly benefit communities like ours ­­— helping us strengthen the local economy, improve infrastructure, and enhance the quality of life for our residents,” said Vinson. “I look forward to bringing valuable insights and strategies back to SeaTac to support our growth.”

As a member of NLC's Small Cities Council, Vinson will play a key role among a diverse group of local leaders to encourage collaboration, networking, and the development of resources and programs beneficial to communities that share demographics, size, or location that can be replicated across the country.

City of Kenmore

Lucash

The Kenmore City Council has appointed Stephanie Lucash as its interim city manager, beginning March 24. This follows the departure of city Manager Rob Karlinsey, whose last day will be March 23. Lucash joined the city in 2021 as assistant city manager/ARPA administrator and was promoted to deputy city manager in 2022. She also served as president of the Washington City/County Management Association in 2023-2024. The City Council also selected GMP Consulting to conduct a competitive executive search for a permanent city manager.

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo, a go-to-market intelligence platform, appointed Rob Giglio to its board of directors. Giglio will serve on the board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. This appointment follows the resignation of Patrick McCarter following eight years of service to the company. Giglio has over 20 years of experience leading global marketing and sales. He currently leads the sales and go-to-market teams as chief customer officer at Canva, a hypergrowth design platform used by over 220 million people around the globe. With Giglio’s appointment, ZoomInfo’s board will continue to comprise 10 directors, nine of whom are independent. Prior to joining Canva, Giglio served as chief customer officer at HubSpot and chief marketing officer at DocuSign. At HubSpot, he oversaw its flywheel organization, which included marketing, sales, services, and revenue operations. Giglio also spent 11 years at Adobe, where he led the global sales and GTM team, comprising sales, marketing, digital, and operations professionals. He graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in psychology and completed his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business. ZoomInfo is headquartered in Vancouver.
