SPI-Unionbay headquarters
Seattle Pacific Industries-Unionbay recently completed its new headquarters building at 1633 Westlake Ave. N., on the southwest side of Lake Union.

The four-story, 94,000-square-foot building was designed by MulvannyG2 and built by Lease Crutcher Lewis. The layout of the extremely tight, sloped and irregular-shaped site created challenges for the underground parking garage and building access. MulvannyG2’s design has three separate garage entries and two building lobbies on two different levels.
