Salmon Bay Marine Center has completed another building at its shipyard at 2360 W. Commodore Way, east of the Ballard Locks.

The building is fully leased with two tenants: S3 Maritime and North American Fishing Supplies.

Salmon Bay Marine Center offers moorage, maintenance, and refit and repair of yachts and other large vessels. It has 110,000 square feet of office and shop space, plus moorage for vessels up to 240 feet.

Owner: Salmon Bay Marine Center

Pre-engineered building: CHG Building Systems

General contractor: Charter Construction

Architect: Wynn + Associates Architecture
