Intracorp ties up Renton office site

  • Intracorp is expecting more companies will migrate to Renton and points south as high rents drive them out of downtown Seattle and Bellevue

    Another redevelopment site has opened up in Renton, this one is 17 acres next to Interstate 405 and is suitable for building 300,000 square feet of offices.

    The land, owned by Puget Western Inc., is next to the Renton City Hall on the edge of downtown Renton.
