Opus zeros in on Renton

  • 'Untapped' market for office is the big attraction

    Opus Northwest has agreed to buy 16 developable acres next to both Interstate 405 and the Renton City Hall, replacing another area developer that had tied up the choice property.

    The site, owned by Puget Western Inc., could accommodate about 300,000 square feet of new office space similar to the adjacent One, Two and Three Renton Place office complex.
