After over two years, one bankruptcy and an ownership change, plans are emerging to develop the Six Union Station site on the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue South and South Jackson Street.
Local developer Martin Selig and Sclater Partners last week showed a neighborhood group plans to build a 10-story, 105,000 square foot mixed-use building with office space on the upper floors and 10,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. One-and-a-half levels of garage parking are also planned.
