Kennedy Associates

Kennedy Associates played a role in a $34.7 million construction loan recently issued for a new W Hotel in downtown San Diego. The 19-story hotel will total 263 rooms. Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group of New York arranged the loan, funded by Multi-Employer Development Partners and Chadwick-Saylor Capital Management. Kennedy manages Multi-Employer, a $525 million development joint venture with publicly traded real estate companies formed in 1999. Gatehouse Capital Corp. is the W Hotel developer.
