NAIOP looks at capital markets

Panelists will discuss "Capital Direction: Where is the Money Flowing in 2002?" at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties' next monthly breakfast, set for Wednesday, Nov. 21, at the Bellevue Club southeast of downtown Bellevue. Karl Smith of Russell Real Estate Services, Richard Hass of Kennedy Associates and Paul Capeloto of Moss Adams will speak as a panel of investment managers.
