Susan Murphy is on the move again. Murphy joined Equity Office Properties Trust as vice president of leasing for the Seattle region, moving over from leasing director for Seattle-based Wright Runstad & Co. Murphy has worked 25 years in real estate, 17 of them for Wright Runstad, though she left the development company a couple of years ago to take a real estate executive job at Amazon.com and then returned to Wright Runstad last year. EOP, a huge, Chicago-based office building owner that ranks as the Seattle-area's largest office landlord, assumed management of its Seattle-area properties almost a year ago from Wright Runstad, which has numerous links to EOP going back to Wright Runstad selling most of its buildings to EOP several years ago. The property management change left Wright Runstad with a rather small amount of space for which it conducts leasing. EOP's Pat Callahan, head of the Chicago-based office property owner's Seattle-area office, said: "It was more than expected that Susan Murphy would be offered the position."
