Marcus & Millichap

Brokers at Marcus & Millichap sold a six-unit apartment building on Capitol Hill and a four-unit building in West Seattle.

Buyer Mike Riddell paid seller Rodney Wong $668,000 for the six-unit structure at 1032 Lakeview Blvd. E. Brokers Dan Swanson and Dean Smith arranged that deal.

Fesseha Tesfai paid Karl Igloi and Dennis Shute $272,000 for the four-unit Sherwood Apartments at 10751 16th Ave. S.W. Broker George Miller assembled that sale.
