Housing Resources Group

Brent Lower joined the board of the non-profit Housing Resources Group of Seattle. Lower works as an executive at Lowe Enterprises NW, the Seattle-based division of the California-based developer and pension advisor Lowe Enterprises. Carol Thomas of the Seattle office development company of Wright Runstad & Co. was elected president of the Housing Resources Group board. Bryan Friend of Washington Mutual became vice president. Laurel Spelman of Laurel Spelman Co., also a developer, is secretary and treasurer. Formed in 1980, the non-profit manages 26 apartment buildings throughout Seattle, totaling 1,437 units, and has three new buildings under development that will total 190 units.
