IREM

Steven Goff will serve as this year's president of the Institute of Real Estate Management's Western Washington chapter. IREM is a property management affiliate of the National Association of Realtors that totals 12,000 members nationwide, all of whom have received the "certified property manager" certification. John Hatton was elected president elect. This year's vice presidents: Heidi Turner in membership, Robb Bill in finance and Mike Hogue in communications. Neal Warner, Shawn Hoban and Lynn Marzono round out this year's board.
