Appraisal Institute

Allen Safer was named the appraiser of the year for the Seattle chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Safer's roles with the institute have included Seattle director, regional chairman and national director. He managed an appraisal practice for 20 years and is now with Property Counselors in Seattle. His practice includes valuation, market studies and feasibility studies for industrial, commercial and multifamily projects throughout the Northwest.
