GMAC Commercial Mortgage

GMAC issued a $2.05 million, 30-year mortgage on the Terrace View Apartments, south of Seattle University in Seattle. The 20-unit apartment building is at 914 E. Terrace St. GMAC vice president Ron Peterson said the loan went through Freddie Mac.
