Northwest Multiple Listing Service

Windermere Bellevue Commons office co-owner Pat Grimm was elected this year's chairman of the board for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service for the East King County area. The NWMLS, based in Kirkland, serves members in 13 counties covering most of western Washington. The association encompasses 1,300 real estate companies with more than 13,700 sales associates. Grimm has served on the board since January 1999.
