Mary Pat Minaglia moved up to broker-manager of John L. Scott Real Estate's Lakeside office in Madison Park. The 11-year residential real estate veteran was assistant manager of the firm's Bellevue Main office. She has also worked as interim manager in the Belltown office. Minaglia said she expects "considerable growth" at the Lakeside office.

Jerry Mahan of the Puyallup office, sold more homes last year than anyone else in the firm. The next 16 top producers, ordered by volume of sales, are: Dean Street, Bellevue; Doug Walker, Puyallup; Tom Tollen, Kent; Betty DeLaurenti, Mercer Island; Grace Hudtloff, University Place; Nada Sundermeyer, Bellevue Place; Greg Perry, Lynnwood; Kimberly Johnston, Bellevue South; Thach Nguyen, Renton; Sally Gregg, Bellevue Place; Jim Selden, Puyallup Canyon Road; Betty Sweeney, Lake Bellevue; Edward Krigsman, Belltown; David Gala, Tacoma North; Dave Bennett, Gig Harbor; and Carrie Lord, Bellevue. The firm totals 2,800 agents.

Rich Connolly joined John L. Scott Real Estate's Lynnwood West office. Jeff Youtsey started in the Lynnwood office. The firm's president, J. Lennox Scott, was appointed to a three-year term on the Executive Committee of the board of the Economic Development Council of Seattle and King County. EDC chairman Frank Young Jr. appointed Scott.
