Pacific Retail L.P.

Pacific Retail L.P. bought the Fairwood Square Shopping in Renton's Petrovitsky Road area from California-based Burnham Pacific Real Estate Investment Trust, which has been liquidating.

Pacific Retail paid $5.35 million for the 32,910-square-foot center, built in 1988. An Albertson's grocery anchors the center but wasn't part of the sale. Broker Paul Sleeth of Colliers International handled the transaction for both parties.
