Craig Kline, broker-owner of Coldwell Banker Kline & Associates in Centralia, was elected vice chairman of the board of Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Rick Schutte, the broker at Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate in Oak Harbor, is this year's board secretary. Meribeth Hutching, founder of and broker at Windermere Real Estate-Lake Stevens, is treasurer. As previously reported, Pat Grimm of Windermere-Bellevue Commons, is this year's chairman.

Five people started three-year terms on the board this year: Barbara Crabtree, broker at John L. Scott-Bainbridge Island, who represents Kitsap County; Jim Koetje, broker at Skagit Valley Properties in Mount Vernon, who represents Skagit County; Joan Longstaff, broker at Joan Longstaff Associates in Edmonds, representing Snohomish County; Gary O’Leyar, broker at Prudential Signature Properties, representing West King County; and Tom Quigg, broker at Windermere Real Estate Grays Harbor in Aberdeen, representing Grays Harbor County.

Three began one-year terms as company representatives: Richard W. "Dick" Fulton, broker at Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle; Vern Holden, broker at Windermere Real Estate- Mill Creek in Bothell; and Lennox Scott, president of John L. Scott of Bellevue.
