Quadrant Homes started sales and construction at its tenth and eleventh Puget Sound-area single-family subdivisions. Action started on 154 homes at Patrick's Faire in Maple Valley near Lake Wilderness, and on 70 homes in Silverwood, located in Federal Way. Both offer homes of three to five bedrooms starting below $200,000.
