Paragon Real Estate Advisors

Bruce and Dolores Dong bought a 12-unit apartment building on Capitol Hill at 601 E. Roy St. from C & K Inc. for $1.09 million. The Dongs conducted the purchase as part of a 1031 exchange. Broker Paul Mickley of Paragon Real Estate Advisors assembled the deal
