Richard Leider of Trinity Real Estate and Lincoln Square will serve as moderator for the day. Hour-long sessions will provide panels that will follow a repeating theme of how construction companies will prosper this year, how brokerages will, how architects will and how developers will. A panel of Bob MacMillian, Mike Makar, Art Wahl and Bob Wallace will address "How Seasoned Veterans Have Weathered The Storm Before." The lunch speaker will be First Union Corp. economist Jay Bryson. Panelists throughout the day will include Marc Nemirow, Bruce Lorig, Walt Neihoff, Bill Pollard, Wilma Warshak, Jeff Foushee, David Allen, Arlan Collins and John Pietromonaco.
