Hendricks & Partners

The 90-unit University Glen Apartments in University Place, south of Tacoma, sold for $4.1 million, reports the brokerage of Hendricks & Partners. A partnership put together by Cardish Inc. of Puyallup sold to WDLFT LLC of Seattle and University Glen Apartments LLC. Tim Ufkes of Hendricks represented both sides.
