Brokers from Paragon Real Estate Advisors closed the sales of four smaller Seattle apartment complexes. David Petersen represented Gary and Steve Elliot in selling a fourplex at 5628 Delridge Way Southwest for $225,000 to Nam Suk Nasatka. Peterson also represented Nasatka, who bought as part of a tax-deferred exchange.
Broker Cathy Jeney represented the Estate of Marie Moss in selling a six-unit structure in Fremont at 4310 Dayton Ave. N. to Dayton Court III LLC for $625,000. Eric Smith represented Dayton Court III. He said the structure "will undergo extensive renovations and will be repositioned as a modern-style building."
Petersen and Jeney represented James and Barbara Held in selling the nine-unit West Aires apartments in West Seattle at 6001 California Ave. S.W. for $807,500 to Von Brust Kern. Paragon's Ed Hewson represented the buyer.
Jeney and Petersen represented Lance Johnson in selling the nine-unit Roanoke Court Apartments at Eastlake Avenue East and East Roanoke Street for $1.25 million. Roanoke Court was built in 1927.
