Ron Nova and Stephen Fina of the Harbor Resorts division of Seattle-based Harbor Properties will place all of their attention on development of Harbor's Schweitzer Mountain Resort near Sand Point, Idaho. Nova, vice president of resort operations, will move his family from Monroe to Schweitzer, the company said. Fina has been vice president of planning and development for Harbor Properties but changed to vice president of resort real estate for Harbor Mountain Co., a Harbor Properties ski area partnership. Fina's duties will include not only sales and marketing at Schweitzer but real estate planning and development for Harbor's three ski areas.

Seattle-based Century Pacific Real Estate, headed by Steve Wood, has begun planning what would be the third condo project at Schweitzer, Harbor said. Century Pacific calls the project Grey Hawk. Century Pacific is an arm of the Seattle law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine. Fina said three-fourths of the 50 condos in the second project, called White Pine Lodge, have sold. Harbor is the developer of White Pine, which nears the finish of construction.
