500 Elliott LLC

EverTrust Bank issued a $6.35 million construction take-out loan on a 44-unit apartment project built last year at 500 Elliott Ave. W., near Myrtle Edwards Park in Seattle. Steelhead Capital of San Francisco arranged the three-year loan at a 7.125 percent interest rate for the first year, rolling to adjustable with a 30-year amortization. The loan-to-value ratio is 75 percent, Steelhead said, with debt service coverage of 1.25. The borrower is Five-Hundred Elliott LLC, led by Horizon Realty Advisors.
