Paragon brokers assembled a $1.35 million sale of the 16-unit Mapletree Apartments in North Seattle. Russell Enterprises sold the 1968 structure to Steven and Emily Elliott, with both the seller and buyers conducting 1031 exchanges. The apartments are at 2015 N.E. 89th St. Brokers Michael McQuaid and Peter Larsen represented the seller. Cathy Jeney represented the buyer. The price equals $84,063 per unit and a market cap rate of 7.91 percent.
