Co-Star Group, a commercial real estate information provider based in Maryland, promoted John Dawson to Western region vice president of sales, responsible for business development and sales from San Diego to Seattle as well as Phoenix, Las Vegas and Denver. He'll work from Costar's Orange County office. Dawson was regional director for San Diego and Orange County.
