Marcus & Millichap broker Robert Sheppard put together a $5.4 million apartment complex sale in North St. Paul, Minn. In the deal, a Twin Cities-based syndicator paid a Beverly Hills-based tax credit syndicator named National Partnership Investments Corp. for the 94-unit Cottages of North St. Paul. Sheppard is a senior investment associate in M&M's Bellevue office. Matt Whiteside of M&M’s Milwaukee office worked with Sheppard in representing both sides.
