Steve Trainer, Ken Johnsen and Steve McConnell will talk about construction in downtown Seattle at the next breakfast meeting of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Wednesday, May 15. Moderator Kate Joncas, president of the Downtown Seattle Association, will begin with an overview of projects under construction, including the new library, federal courthouse and City Hall. Trainer is a principal of Seneca Real Estate Group, which manages the new library's development. Johnsen, of Shiels Obletz, will talk about the new municipal campus.
