NAIOP will tour the south end

The National Association of Office and Industrial Properties' 2002 property tour, scheduled for June 6, will focus on the Kent Valley, Renton and Tukwila. "We have a full program with project updates from Boeing Realty, CenterPoint Corporate Park and Sabey Corp.," NAIOP says. "You'll get answers to: What ever happened to those telecom and dot-com buildings? Are there really new developments happening on the shores of Lake Washington and what are the new speculative developments?" NAIOP exceeds 400 local members and will limit the tour to 200 people, so it says not to wait to reserve a spot. The event will start at noon at CenterPoint Corporate Park in Kent and finish at 4:45, followed by a reception at CenterPoint. For information, call (206) 382-9121.
