Terra Vall Spinosa was promoted at Opus Northwest from real estate representative to real estate manager. Vall Spinosa is working on Opus projects totaling more than 3.2 million square feet of office and warehouse space in Kent Valley and the Eastside, including Emerald Corporate Park, Opus Park 167, Opus I-90 Business Park, Sumner Landing North and Pacific Coast Corporate Park. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and will begin the MBA program there this fall.
