Brokers working out of the Seattle-area offices of Marcus & Millichap put together a variety of recent apartment deals:
Walter Kempe sold the 16-unit Pinehurst Manor Apartments at 733 10th St. N.E. in Auburn for $778,000 to Mr. & Mrs. Martin Woodin. M&M's George Miller and Richard Walker represented the Woodins.
Raymond Henkel sold a four-unit structure in Monroe at 15504 King St. to Bret McLaughlin for $325,000. M&M's Richard Walker represented Henkel.
Quest Investments LLC sold the 7-unit Quest Apartments at 812 N. 42nd St. in Seattle to GLS Enterprises LLC for $745,000. M&M's David Smith represented both parties.
Glenn Dahmer sold the 22-unit Maple Court II Apartments at 12829 Bridgeport Way S.W. in Lakewood to Robert Globus for $665,000. M&M's Armand Tiberio represented the seller and Marc Cunningham negotiated for the buyer.
T. Ray Giancoli sold the six-unit Bryan Apartments at 607-609 N. 50th St. in Seattle to VIP-422 LLC for $570,000. M&M's David Smith represented both parties.
The Beard Family I LLC sold the 72-unit Maple Manor Apartments at 2700 Maple St. in Bremerton for $2.15 million to Mr. and Mrs. Walter F. Bale. M&M's Larry Corkins represented both parties.
