Harborview may resuscitate 401 Broadway office building

The project was first proposed in 1998 for a site at Boren and Broadway.

Interest is heating up again in development of a 160,000-square-foot office building at 401 Broadway, as King County explores a lease-to-own arrangement that would allow Harborview to consolidate its offices and rent space during its seismic upgrade and expansion.
