Marcus & Millichap

Mike Porosky bought the 12-unit Meadow Glen Apartments in Puyallup at 511 12212 112th Ave. Court E. from John Tam for $660,000. Broker Tim Selden of Marcus & Millichap represented Porosky.

Tom Blue paid Dennis Oelrich $817,500 for the 16-unit Park Plaza Apartments in Auburn at 511 M St. N.E. M&M's Scott Morasch represented Blue.

Robert Smiley sold the Attic Mini Self Storage in Poulsbo at 5801 Minder St. to James Welch for $435,000. M&M's Richard Walker represented Welch.

Glenn Dahmer paid Stuart Marcus $920,000 for the 30-unit Crossbow Apartments in Tacoma at 7410 McKinley Ave. M&M's Armand Tiberio represented both parties.

The 12-unit Kirkland Place Apartments at 421 Seventh Ave. in Kirkland sold for $1.08 million. The seller was 1031 Strategies & Services, Inc. and the buyer was Kirkland Place Apartments, LLC. M&M's Dan Swanson represented both sides, with Tim Selden also representing the seller.

Matthew Lundquist sold a six-unit Everett apartment building at 1619 Chestnut St. for $310,000 to Strattford LLC. M&M's Steve Steadele represented Lundquist and Richard Walker represented the buyer.
