Shelter Mortgage

Tonie Blevens was promoted from the delightfully titled position of director of first impressions at Shelter Mortgage Co. to marketing and seminar coordinator. The Bellevue home lender also promoted Chik Quintans from loan officer to director of production, and hired: Randy Locke as loan officer, Pam McCollough as an underwriter, Liz Rozbach as a loan consultant, Darren White as a mortgage insurance specialist and Valerie Allen as a loan processing assistant.
