Sue Baugh moves to Staubach

Sue Baugh shifted from a short run as an office broker for Cushman & Wakefield to tenant representation at Staubach Co.'s office in Seattle. Baugh, who became a Staubach vice president, worked for 15 years as head of office leasing in Bellevue for Wright Runstad & Co. She moved to Equity Office Properties Trust after Equity bought Wright Runstad's local portfolio. She joined Cushman & Wakefield almost a year ago. Baugh's Eastside connections run deep: She's the 2002-2003 chair for the Bellevue Downtown Association and is on the boards of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, the Bellevue Economic Partnership and Quest Children's Museum.
