NAIOP's 2003 finance forecast

Tracy Edgers, Alan Araki, Mike Jameson and Mike Taylor will ponder the coming year in capital markets at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties' 2003 finance forecast breakfast. The event, titled "Interest rates: How low can they go?" is scheduled for 7:30 to 9 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the Bellevue Club southeast of downtown Bellevue. Mike Makar of LJ Melody will moderate. Edgers is a commercial lender with KeyBank. Araki is with Prudential Real Estate Investors, while Jameson works for Prudential Mortgage Capital Co.
