For-profits join housing consortium

The Buck and Gordon law firm, Quantum Management Services Inc., and the Rafn construction company joined the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County as associate members. The additions bring the nonprofit, affordable-housing trade association’s membership to 28 nonprofit members and 33 associate members. Quantum is a Lynnwood-based property manager headed by Doug Repman that runs 5,500 units of affordable housing, with its clients about half non-profit and half for-profit.
