Developer panel next at NAIOP

The Dec. 18 year-end meeting of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will feature a panel of developers offering insights and strategies for 2003. The moderator will be Richard Leider, president, Trinity Real Estate. Panelists will include Tom Parsons, vice president, OPUS NW; Dan Ivanoff, principal, Schnitzer Northwest; and Ric Anderson, Washington Holdings. Its will be held at the Bellevue Club, 11200 S.E. Sixth, beginning with registration and networking at 7 a.m. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and this meeting usually sells out.
